How to Enroll in BlueDragon Courses

Purpose of the Procedure

This guide provides users with a clear workflow for selecting a BlueDragon course, completing the registration form, and paying tuition through the official BlueDragon course pages.

 

Prerequisites

  • Internet connection
  • Valid email address
  • Payment method accepted by the BlueDragon course payment system (example: PayPal is shown on BD2)

 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

 

Step 1: Choose Your Course and Open Its Page on the Main Website

  • Go to the BlueDragon Courses pages to view offerings such as BD1, BD2, BD500, etc.
  • BlueDragon course listings and descriptions are available on the LMS and main site.
  • Click the course you want (e.g., BD2: Root Cause Analysis Training) to open its dedicated page.
  • The BD2 course page includes detailed overview, schedule, and registration options.

Step 2: Click “REGISTER” and Fill Out the Registration Form

  • On the course page, select REGISTER.
  • This option appears on BD2 and similar pages.
  • Complete the registration form with the required details.
  • The LMS Guide confirms the registration workflow.

Step 3: Return to the Top of the Course Page and Click “PAY TUITION”

  • After submitting your registration form, scroll back to the top of the course page.
  • Click PAY TUITION to complete your enrollment.
  • “Pay Tuition” is displayed on the BD2 registration page as part of the enrollment workflow. [bluedragon…tcause.com]
  • Follow the payment prompts to finalize your course enrollment.

 

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you cannot register:
    Review the LMS Registration section for guidance.
  • If payment fails:
    Refresh the page and retry using the “Pay Tuition” button at the top of the course page.
    (BD2 page explicitly shows tuition payment steps.)
  • If your course does not appear after payment:
    Log out and log back in via the LMS homepage.
